Frequently Asked Questions

A travel advisor helps design and manage your trip so you don’t have to spend hours researching destinations, comparing hotels, or coordinating logistics. Instead of piecing everything together yourself, you have an expert guiding the process from the very beginning.
Depending on the level of planning you choose, I help with destination guidance, hotel recommendations, itinerary design, booking management, and travel logistics so your trip feels thoughtful, seamless, and well paced.
My goal is to take the overwhelm out of planning while helping you create a travel experience that truly fits your style, priorities, and season of life.
-
Not necessarily. In many cases, hotel rates are the same as booking online, but when you book through a travel advisor you may receive additional perks at select properties such as complimentary breakfast, room upgrades when available, resort credits, and early check-in or late checkout.
For more customized trips, I do charge a planning fee based on the complexity of the itinerary and level of support needed. This allows me to dedicate time to researching, designing, and managing the details of your trip.
For many travelers, the value comes from having an expert guide the process, saving hours of research, and knowing that every detail has been thoughtfully handled.

Planning a meaningful trip takes time, research, and coordination — especially when you want it done well. I bring destination knowledge, trusted partners, and a thoughtful eye for pacing and balance. More than that, I offer continuity. As I learn your preferences, each trip becomes easier and more aligned than the last.

I specialize in thoughtfully designed European travel — from honeymoons and anniversaries to meaningful family journeys. Most of my clients begin with one milestone trip and return as their lives evolve. Whether it’s your first time abroad or a return to a place you love, I design each experience with intention and care.
-
We begin with a conversation about your season of life, where you feel called to, and how you want the trip to feel. From there, I design a custom proposal, curate accommodations, outline your daily flow, and manage reservations. I handle the details so you can focus on the anticipation — and eventually, the experience itself.

Europe is my specialty and where my heart truly lives — from the romance of Italy to the charm of Paris and the coastal beauty of Greece. That said, I also plan select tropical escapes and Disney vacations for clients. My focus is always on creating experiences that feel personal and seamless.
-
Yes! Europe can be an incredible destination for families, but it often requires a bit more planning to make sure the pace, hotels, and activities work well for everyone.
As a mom of three who travels internationally with my own kids — including trips to Europe — I understand firsthand what makes a family trip feel smooth, enjoyable, and realistic with children. From choosing the right cities and family-friendly hotels to building in downtime and memorable experiences, thoughtful planning makes all the difference.
I help families design European itineraries that balance culture, relaxation, and experiences both parents and kids will genuinely enjoy. From transportation between cities to activity planning and hotel recommendations, my goal is to make your trip feel manageable, memorable, and truly enjoyable for the whole family.
Whether it’s your first trip to Europe with kids or a special milestone family vacation, I’ll help create a plan that allows your family to experience the destination in a way that feels fun, meaningful, and stress-free.
-
Absolutely. Honeymoons are one of my favorite trips to plan.
Your honeymoon should feel like an exhale after the excitement of your wedding, not another overwhelming checklist. I help couples choose the right destination, recommend beautiful hotels, and design an itinerary that balances meaningful experiences with time to relax and enjoy being newly married.
Whether you’re dreaming of a romantic European escape, a coastal retreat, or a once-in-a-lifetime adventure, I’ll help create a honeymoon that feels personal, memorable, and effortlessly planned.

The earlier, the better — especially for Europe. Ideally, 8–12 months in advance for honeymoons and peak-season family travel. That allows us to secure the best accommodations and craft something truly intentional rather than rushed.
