How much does it cost to work together?

Because each journey is custom-designed around your destination, travel style, and season of life, investment varies. After our initial conversation, I’ll provide a clear proposal outlining the planning collection that best fits your needs.
If you already know the exact hotel you’d like to book, hotel reservations through my preferred partners are complimentary.
Why are hotel bookings complimentary?

When you book a 4- or 5-star hotel through me, I’m typically paid a commission directly by the property. That allows you to receive professional booking support — often with added perks — without an additional planning fee.
Planning fees apply to custom itinerary design, multi-stop coordination, and services that do not provide commission.
Will I pay more booking through you than on my own?

In most cases, the rate is exactly the same as booking directly. When there is a slight difference, it’s typically minimal — and often offset by preferred partner benefits such as complimentary breakfast, resort credits, upgrades (when available), and welcome amenities.
If you prefer a standard rate without perks, that option is always available as well.
Do you book flights?

I currently assist with business and first-class air arrangements. Economy airfare can be self-booked, and I will always provide guidance on ideal routes and timing as part of your itinerary planning. Please note that air bookings may include an additional service fee.
Do you make restaurant reservations?

Restaurant reservations are included for clients in my highest planning collection. For other planning levels, I provide curated dining recommendations so you can choose what feels right for your trip.
When should we reach out?

The earlier, the better — especially for Europe and peak travel seasons.
As a general guideline:
Honeymoons & Europe: 8–12 months in advance
Family Europe travel: 9–12 months
Sun & Sand or Caribbean: 6–8 months
Theme parks & cruises: As early as booking windows open

Do you offer payment plans for the planning fee?

Planning fees are due upfront before work begins. This secures your place on my calendar and allows me to begin designing your journey with intention. I accept all major credit cards.
